From here, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the parkland and mountains through the large bi-fold doors.

Beyond the hallway with beautiful parquet flooring is a modern, bright kitchen with a white quartz central island and bar stools, perfect for gathering around while enjoying the distant mountain views through the ceiling to floor glass sliding doors. These access straight onto a large patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay including electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Directly off the lounge area and via a small hallway, is a family bathroom with rainfall shower, separate bathtub, heated towel rail, toilet and sink.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a large room with a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms offer ample storage, Smart TV’s and blackout blinds. Also off the hall is a utility room with a washer/dryer, sink and cleaning equipment. Accessed via the sweeping staircase is further double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and Smart TV. It also comes with an en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink. The ‘piece de resistance’ is access to an extensive balcony with glass balustrade and rattan balcony furniture. Here you can sit and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple whilst taking in the amazing mountain and lake views.

Outside is a large patio area which enjoys the sun all day with high quality rattan furniture, BBQ, wood burning chiminea and small enclosed lawned area. The whole garden area is fully fenced and safe for dogs. There is also access to a field next to the property good for exercising dogs. There is a wooden storage shed where bikes can be locked away. The property is a mile outside Bowness village and a mile from Lake Windermere. A pleasant foot pathed walk takes about 20 minutes to both lake and village with its multitude of restaurants, shops, car ferry and watersports.
